Shipping policy

The products that are the subject of the offers on the site will be delivered by the delivery method specified by you, within a maximum of 5 days from the order. We cannot take responsibility for any late delivery by our logistics partner. You can request the package to your workplace or your apartment, on working days between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

We recommend that you specify a delivery location where our courier can definitely find you or your representative if he visits you between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If you choose to pay cash on delivery, make sure that if it is not you, but a representative, who is waiting for the package, you have the amount needed to settle the invoice available. When ordering, you can enter delivery-related data in the comments section (e.g. doorbell, porter, agent, etc.). If you encounter any problems with the delivery, please call the customer service number of our contracted logistics partner, where you can get accurate information using the tracking code received in the confirmation letter.

Pozád will always deliver your package to the DPD house or to the DPD parcel point. The cost of delivery is HUF 1,550 (for DPD home delivery) or HUF 1,850 for DPD home delivery with cash on delivery.

CASH OR BANK CARD PAYMENT TO THE COURIER (COD ON)

You pay the consideration for your order to the DPD courier carrying out the delivery. You will then receive a receipt that confirms both the receipt of the package and the fact of payment. And you can pay for your package at the DPD parcel point at DPD contracted partners.

EASY PAYMENT BY BANK CARD OR CASH ON DELIVERY

Online bank card payments are made through Barion's system. The bank card data will not reach the merchant. Barion is an electronic payment service that allows you to conveniently and securely pay with a bank card or pre-loaded balance in online stores, mobile applications, or to your friends.

Pay conveniently with a bank card

Registration is not required to pay by bank card, it is enough to enter your bank card number, the expiry date and the CVC code on the back, as well as a working e-mail address.

However, if you register, you will never need to enter your card number again at any Barion acceptance point, your e-mail address and password are enough for payment.This is not only convenient, but also increases your safety!

Pay comfortably without a bank card

If you don't have a bank card, you can use it to pay, it pre-loads your Barion balance, which you can top up by bank transfer or cash deposit, or to which your friends and business partners can send you money. In this case, you can pay by entering your e-mail address and password.

Free

Payment by bank card does not and cannot be charged to the buyer. Registration and the Barion mobile app, as well as receiving and sending money, are and will remain free. There are no monthly fees either.

Track your purchases

With Barion applications, you can track your purchases, on the web or on mobile. The free Barion wallet immediately indicates all your purchases, you can even see what you bought. You can also manage your Barion balance here, as well as send or receive money

Safety first

Barion's servers are protected by Comodo's 2048-bit TLS encryption. Before paying, always check that you are really entering the bank card data or password required for payment on Barion's secure server. Your browser will indicate in green if the owner of the payment and the payment page is identified as Barion Payment Inc [HU]:

Barion has the PCI DSS certificate required by bank card companies, so it is entitled to handle bank card data. The security of the Barion servers was designed in accordance with the regulations of the Hungarian National Bank.
