24 Tea Shop's warranty policy is very simple. If you feel that the tea does not 'work' for you (i.e. your body does not react to the herbs), or the quality of the tea is objectionable, you can request a refund of the price of the purchased tea, 100% of the amount paid, within 30 days of purchase.
Many people make unrealistic and unverifiable promises about their products. At 24 Tea Shop, we do not adhere to these principles.
With the guarantee, we have one goal: to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Therefore, if in any case you feel that you are not completely satisfied with 24 Tea Shop teas, please let us know at email@example.com within 30 days of purchase. First, we want to find out what could be behind it. You don't have to be afraid that the conversation will turn into hesitation or excuses. If you still insist on refunding your money at the end of the conversation, we will undertake the refund within 2 working days.
2. In the spirit of mutual fairness
You have the opportunity to validate the guarantee from the moment of purchase, but we ask you to consume the purchased tea for at least one week. Once again, this is not a prerequisite for a refund, but a request from us.
